How do I get a code?
Your Liftofly representative creates your plan and sends you a short code by email or text. If you do not have one yet, use the contact page and we will connect you with someone.
Why can I not see prices on this website?
Every business is different, so each plan is built for you. When your rep sends you a code, your plan, with everything included and what it costs, appears on screen for you to read.
Is signing online legally the same as signing on paper?
In the United States, an electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one for agreements like this. You can read the agreement first, and we record the date, time and network address of your signature.
What if I do not understand something in my agreement?
Do not sign yet. Ask your representative to explain it, or use the contact page. You are never rushed.
Do I own my website?
You own your domain name and your content. The details are in your agreement, and you see them before you sign.
Can I cancel?
Your agreement explains how to cancel, and you read it before you sign. Ask your representative about anything that is unclear.
Is my card number safe?
We never ask for card numbers on this website. When payment is needed, you are sent to a secure payment page run by a payment provider.
How will I know how the work is going?
Sign in to your member area any time to see each step. We also email you whenever a part of the work is finished.
Do you use AI?
Yes, to write first drafts and handle repetitive work faster. A person on our team checks it before it goes live. We never invent facts about your business and never write fake reviews.
Can you promise I will be number one on Google?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google or AI assistants. We do the work that helps you be found, and we show you honest reports.
The text is too small or hard to read. What can I do?
Use the A buttons at the top of the page to make text bigger, or the Contrast button for a high-contrast view. Your choice is remembered on your device.
