Make sure AI tools have the right facts about you

People now ask AI tools who to call. We check what those tools say about your business and fix what they depend on.

In one minute

More and more people ask ChatGPT or Google's AI a question such as "who is a good plumber near me?" and get a short answer that names a few businesses. AI Visibility is the work of making sure the facts those tools rely on about your business are correct, and checking on a regular basis what they say. We do it for you and report in plain words. Nobody can promise that an AI tool will name your business, and we do not.

What is AI Visibility?

In the past, a customer typed a search and scrolled down a list of results. Now many people simply ask. They type or say a question into ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or the AI summary in Google, and a tool writes back a short answer. For a local question, that answer often names a few businesses.

Which businesses a tool names depends on what it can find and trust. In plain terms, four things matter. Is your business information accurate, and the same everywhere online? Is your Google profile complete? Is there a steady flow of recent reviews? Does your website clearly answer customers' questions? No one outside those companies knows exactly how each tool decides, and answers can change from one try to the next.

AI Visibility is the work of getting those four things right, and then checking regularly whether the AI tools name you. We start with a check of your business, your trade and your town. Then we fix what we find and keep watching.

What you get

  • An initial check of what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI say about your trade in your town
  • A plain write-up of what the AI tools said, what they got wrong, and what was missing
  • Listings clean-up and consistency, so your name, address and phone number match everywhere
  • Google profile completion, so your listing is filled in properly and kept current
  • Review-flow setup: a simple, fair way to ask every customer for an honest review
  • Question-and-answer content added to your website, written to answer what customers really ask
  • A plain-language re-check of the AI tools in your monthly report
  • Your approval before any change goes live

Is this for you?

A good fit if

  • People find you by searching for your trade and your town
  • You suspect AI tools do not know about you, or get your details wrong
  • You would like someone to keep checking this for you, in plain words
  • You are comfortable with honest reports, including ones that say we cannot promise a result

Probably not for you if

  • You want a guarantee that ChatGPT or Google will name you, which nobody can give
  • You want us to buy links or write fake reviews, which we do not do
  • Your customers come only by referral and never search online

How it works

  1. Get started with your rep

You talk with our team, or your Liftofly rep gives you a one-time code. Your rep builds a plan with you, and you see the details in writing before you agree.

  2. We check what the AI tools say

We ask the AI tools the kinds of questions your customers ask, for your trade and your town. We write down whether they named you, and whether what they said was right.

  3. We fix the facts they depend on

We clean up your listings, complete your Google profile, set up a fair way to ask for reviews, and draft question-and-answer content for your website. AI helps with first drafts, and a person at Liftofly checks everything.

  4. You approve it before anything goes live

You read what we plan to change and what we plan to write. Only after you say yes does it go onto your website or your listings. After that, we re-check each month and tell you what we found.

What you will have to do

You tell us your correct business details and the towns you serve. You read and approve what we change, and you ask your customers for reviews in the simple way we set up. For some listings, a site will ask you to confirm that you own the business. We tell you when that happens, and we never ask for your passwords.

What it looks like

Sample, made-up business

One-page check summary for Ridgeline Plumbing, a made-up business

This is a made-up example of a check summary, to show how we write one. It is not a real customer report.

What the AI tools said: When we asked each tool for a good plumber in the town, most named a few other businesses and did not mention Ridgeline Plumbing. One tool did mention it, but gave an old phone number. Answers were not the same from one try to the next.

What was missing: The Google profile had no description and few photos. Opening hours did not match the website. Two directory listings showed different phone numbers. The website had service pages but no pages that answered common questions, such as what to do about a burst pipe.

What we would fix first: Make the phone number the same everywhere. Complete the Google profile. Set up a simple way to ask every customer for a review. Then add question-and-answer pages to the website. We would re-check the AI tools after that and tell you plainly what changed. We could not promise that any tool would name the business.

Why it matters, in plain words

A customer who asks an AI tool for a plumber may never see a list of links. They see an answer. If your business is not in that answer, they may never visit your website. Our article on AI search explains what research shows about this, and what is only sales talk.

The good news is that the facts these tools use are mostly the ordinary basics. A correct listing, a complete Google profile, honest reviews and a website that answers questions help your regular Google search and Maps results too, not just AI. Google itself says there are no special extra steps for its AI features, only good habits.

How this helps AI search

This service is about AI search from start to finish. We check what the AI tools say, then fix the information and content they rely on. We cannot control what any AI tool says, and we do not promise you will be named.

Honest expectations

  • No one controls what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google AI will say. Answers can change from one try to the next, and the tools change over time. We cannot promise that any of them will name your business.
  • Results, if they come, take months and are never guaranteed. Google says changes to a website typically take weeks to months to show measurable results.
  • What we can promise is the work. Your facts will be checked and made consistent, your Google profile will be completed, and you will get a plain report on what the AI tools said each month. If something we try does not change what the tools say, we tell you.

Questions people ask

Can you make ChatGPT recommend my business?

No, and nobody honestly can. We can make sure the facts about your business are correct and consistent, and that your website answers customer questions. That gives the tools better information, but the choice is theirs.

Who owns the work?

You do. Your Google profile, your listings, your website content and every page we write for you belong to you.

Do I have to approve the changes?

Yes. You see what we plan to change or write, and nothing goes live until you say yes.

How do I get started?

Talk to our team, or, if your Liftofly rep has given you a code, use the Have a code button. Your rep builds a plan with you and you see the details in writing before you agree.

Can I stop?

Yes. Your plan and agreement explain exactly how, and your rep will go over it with you before you sign. Everything already done stays yours.

Is there a way to see where I stand first?

Yes. Our Free AI Visibility Check looks at what the AI tools and Google say about you and sends you a one-page report. It costs nothing and you do not need to buy anything.

Works well with

  • Google Business Profile

A complete, current Google profile is one of the main facts AI tools rely on.

  • Reviews

A steady flow of recent, honest reviews is another thing the AI tools look at.

  • Local SEO

Cleans up listings across the internet so your business information matches everywhere.
