What is Full monthly service?
Most of the work that helps customers find a local business is a set of separate jobs. Someone looks after the website. Someone else writes content. Someone else, or nobody, handles your Google listing and your reviews. When they are separate, things slip between them. The phone number is changed on the website but not on Google. A new service is added to one place and forgotten in another.
The Full monthly service puts those jobs with one team, so they stay in step. It covers website care, which means updates, security, backups and small changes. It covers new articles for your website, local search work such as your search words and listing clean-up, your Google Business Profile, help asking for and answering reviews, and regular checks of what AI tools and Google say about your business. Each part is described on its own page. Your rep builds your plan around what your business needs, and everything in it is written down before you agree. Building a new website is a separate job. Every month you get one plain report. It is short, and you should be able to read it in a few minutes. It covers the calls and form messages that come through your website, where tracking is set up, and the actions people take on your Google profile. It lists your new reviews. It tells you what the AI tools said when we checked again. It says what we did this month, what we plan next month, and anything we need from you. We do not control any of these numbers, and some cannot be known exactly, so the report says so when it matters.
You have one person at Liftofly to talk to, who knows your whole plan. We use AI openly. It helps us write first drafts. A person at Liftofly checks every piece, and nothing goes live until you have approved it.

Talk with our team
You tell us about your business, your towns and what is not working now. We listen first, and we tell you honestly what we think would help and what would not.
Your rep builds your plan and gives you a code
Your Liftofly rep puts together a plan with you, with the details in writing. You also get a one-time code. You can use it to start your account and see the plan and the agreement.
You sign and we start
You read the agreement and sign if you are happy with it. Then we begin. We ask you to add us to your Google profile and other accounts as helpers, using the invite option each site provides. We never ask for your passwords.
Each month, you get one report and approve what we send
Each month you get one plain report. We send you what we plan to write or change, drafted with AI and checked by a person at Liftofly. You say yes or ask for changes. Only after you say yes does anything go live.
What you will have to do
You spend a short time each month reading the report, approving what we send and answering a few questions. You tell us when something changes in your business, such as new hours, a new phone number or a new service. You ask your customers for reviews in the simple, fair way we set up. If you are busy, tell us and we will work around you. Nothing goes live until you say yes.

This is a made-up example of a monthly report, to show how we write one. It is not a real customer report, and it has no numbers on purpose.
What we did this month: Added holiday hours to the Google profile after you approved them. Posted one new article on when to call an electrician about a flickering light. Drafted replies to the new reviews, and you posted them. Applied the website updates and checked the contact form afterward.
What changed: Some Google profile actions were up and some were down compared with last month. We cannot say why. When we re-checked the AI tools, one still gave an old phone number. We found the old listing behind it and sent the fix for your approval.

Why it matters, in plain words
The pieces of online work depend on one another. Your Google profile, your website and your other listings should show the same name, address, phone number and hours. Reviews and good answers on your website help customers trust you once they find you. When one team looks after all of it, the facts stay the same everywhere. That also helps AI tools, which learn about a business from many of the same places.
A report you can read is worth a lot. The Full monthly service keeps all of those current and consistent, and re-checks what the tools say. We cannot control what any AI tool says, and we do not promise you will be named.
Honest expectations
- This work takes months, and results are never guaranteed. Google says changes to a website typically take weeks to months to show measurable results in search. Do not judge the service after one month.
- We cannot promise rankings, more visitors, more calls or more customers. We do not control what Google or any AI tool says. What we can promise is the work: your facts checked and consistent, your content written and approved, and a plain report that tells you what happened, including when a number did not move.
- Liftofly is a new company, so we will not point to a long record. What we can show you is what we do each month, in writing.
- Some things need you. If we need a fact about your trade, or you need to confirm that you own an account, we ask. The work goes more smoothly when you answer.

Can I stop?
